7 Days in Morocco from Tanger

Day 1: Tangier

On your arrival day in Tangier, we will pick you up at the agreed place and accompany you in a private vehicle to your hotel.

Depending on your arrival time, you will have free time to visit the city and have dinner at the hotel.

Day 2: Tetouan – Chaouen

In the morning, we will enjoy a delicious breakfast before driving to our first stop, Tetouan.

Once we arrive in the city known as “The white dove” because of the color of its buildings, we will visit its most emblematic places: the Moullay El Mehdi Square, the Jewish Quarter, the Spanish Ensanche or the Hassan II Square, where we will see the imposing Royal Palace. Later, we will walk through the winding streets of the Medina, where we will stop for lunch.

After lunch, we will get back on the bus to go to the famous town of Chaouen. After overcoming the initial surprise, we will enter its Medina to let the blue of its buildings invade our senses.

Before returning to Tangier, we will have a delicious mint tea in Chaouen, which will serve as an aperitif for the dinner we will enjoy later.

Day 3: Casablanca

After breakfast, we will prepare to embark on our journey to Casablanca. We will first drive to Larache, a small coastal town on the shores of the Atlantic Sea where we will stop for lunch (lunch not included).

Later, we will drive along the Moroccan coast for about three hours to arrive in Casablanca, where we will distribute the rooms in the hotel and give you the opportunity to have a first free contact with the city before dinner.

Day 4: Casablanca – Marrakech

After breakfast in the morning, we will start our tour of the main monuments of Casablanca, the economic capital of Morocco.

We will visit places such as Mohammed V Square, Boulevard d’Anfa, Notre Dame Cathedral or the majestic Hassan II Mosque, the second largest in the world after Mecca.

Later, we will have lunch (lunch not included) and drive to Marrakech. Once there, we will visit its most emblematic places, such as the Koutubia Mosque, the Mausoleum of the Saadian Princes or the luxurious Bahia Palace.

As the afternoon progresses, we will enter the Medina of Marrakech and walk through its bustling souk, ending in the fascinating Jamaa el Fna square, the heart of the city, where we will stop to admire its frenetic life: snake charmers, jugglers, food stalls …. This square is where all the entertainment of Marrakech is concentrated!

Finally, you will have free time to continue exploring the city before dinner and rest at the hotel.

Day 5: Rabat – Meknes – Fez

We will get up early to have breakfast and take the bus, which will take us to the capital of Morocco: Rabat. Upon arrival, we will visit the surroundings of the Royal Palace, as well as the famous Hassan Tower and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, erected in honor of the grandfather of the current Moroccan king.

Later, we will get back on the bus to start our way to Fez. We will make a short stop for lunch and enjoy a panoramic tour of Meknes, an ancient walled city that was once the Berber capital and is located in the heart of the Atlas Mountains.

In the afternoon, we will arrive in Fez, where we will settle into the hotel and you will have free time to explore the city briefly before dinner at the hotel.

Day 6: Fez

In the morning, after breakfast, we will start our guided tour of Fez, the intellectual and religious capital of Morocco with almost 800 mosques in its streets.

First, we will visit the exteriors of the Royal Palace and its seven gates, where the Blue Gate (the color of Fez) and the Green Gate (the color of Islam) stand out. Later, we will enter the Medina of Fez, the largest in North Africa and one of the most impressive in the world.

We will walk through its labyrinthine streets to find places like the Es-Seffarin Square, the Karaouine Mosque or the souk, where we will be delighted with the colorful and smells of the stalls and stores.

Later, we will return to the hotel for lunch and rest before enjoying an afternoon at leisure in Fez.

Day 7: Fez

On our last day together, we will enjoy a wonderful breakfast at the hotel. Then, at the scheduled time, we will accompany you to the place you need (airport, train station, bus station…) to say goodbye and wish you a good trip.
